These Website Terms and Terms of Business govern your use of our website, www.jahnavisheriff.com, (the “Website”) and your relationship with Jahnavi Sheriff The instructor.  Please read these terms carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. 

My  website  provides access for you to contact me for my Online Yoga and Dancehall classes and if I do sell any of my online sessions in the near future.

When you register for the sessions you must keep in mind the following:

1. If you have any Injuries/ Limitation you must consult and get a clear sign from the doctor before joining the sessions. 

2. When you join the online classes there will be no carry forward as these are live sessions. If you miss out on the classes do not ask the teacher for a discount. 

3. Once the fee is paid it is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

4. If the teacher cancels the sessions it will be taken care of by the teacher.

REGARDING THE PRE-RECORDED SESSIONS:

1. When you purchase the class, make sure you have no injuries /limitation. 

2. Make sure you do the session at your own comfort without fighting or forcing the body.

3. Before trying always check if you a go ahead from our doctor. 

4. For the pre-recorded session if there are any glitches from my side , kindly email and let us know. We will either refund the money or send you another recording.

My goal is to provide a well balanced lifestyle but without forcing or stressing the body. So make sure you listen to your body.
